Step 2 - Complete the homework assignments after each module. This is your opportunity to reflect on the information and integrate it personally - this is where you'll really start to empower your birth experience!

Step 3 - Sign up for a 90-minute, live, group Q&A with me! We can go over questions you might have, dive a bit deeper into any particular topic, or perhaps jump into some things that I did not choose to cover in the course.
